Booking a grooming appointment requires a deposit of £50 on day of booking. This can be done by online transfer by cash or cheque paid into my bank in person. Once payment has been received the appointment will be confirmed by email or text. The balance is due on the day of the groom by bank transfer or cash only.
All deposits are fully refundable if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with more than 3 working days notice. For cancellations with less than 3 working days notice, unless it is an emergency, £50 cancellation fee is applied.
Evidence of a doctors certificate, a positive Covid test or emergency vet appointment, for example, will be needed.
If appointments are cancelled on the day of the groom, or nobody is home when we arrive, or the cat is not in the house, the full cost of the groom and visit are payable.
